1. Platform and Collaborative Content

ZapSticker lets users upload stickers to build a public catalog. By uploading content, you agree that:

• Uploaded stickers may be made publicly available to other users.
• Other users may view, download and share these stickers in third-party apps (such as WhatsApp and Telegram).

2. Moderation and Content Removal

To keep the platform safe, ZapSticker may take moderation actions, including:

• Removing stickers at any time, without prior notice, when rules are violated or by administrative decision.
• Restricting features, suspending or closing accounts in case of misuse.

3. Prohibited Content

It is forbidden to upload stickers that contain, promote or are associated with:

• Sexual exploitation, abuse and illegal material

  Any content involving sexual exploitation, child abuse, bestiality or material that is illegal under applicable law.

• Glorification of crime, violence and extremism

  Content that encourages, promotes or glorifies crime, violence, terrorism or other unlawful activities.

• Violation of privacy and image rights

  Images of people without authorization, content obtained improperly or that violates image, privacy and personality rights.

• Hate, harassment and discrimination

  Content that incites hatred, harassment or discrimination against individuals or groups.

Serious violations may be reported to the competent authorities and will result in the user being banned immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you upload and state that you hold the rights needed to publish it.
• You agree not to use the platform for unlawful or abusive purposes or in ways that violate the rights of others.
